Previously, Mark was a Senior Partner at Eastdil, where he was a Managing Director and a member of its Management and Investment Committees. While at Eastdil, Mark was responsible for and involved in client/principal level investments and investment banking transactions, including distressed debt and equity investments, value-added mezzanine financings, development capitalization as well as large single-asset securitizations, and convertible debt and equity transactions. Mark was primarily responsible for Eastdil’s mezzanine and distressed debt investment activities with Wells Fargo Bank, which exceeded $100 million of investments. Mark was also Eastdil's representative in Tokyo during its joint venture with Nomura Securities and was involved in transactions throughout Asia for Nomura and its clients as well as U.S. and European transactions.

Prior to joining Eastdil, Mark was a commercial banker for six years servicing Fortune 1000 companies at NatWest Bank and a private banker at Citibank.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a BS in Accounting from Long Island University.

Donna E. Glen – MAI, CCIM
Donna has over 19 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining TriLyn, Donna was a Vice President at The Praedium Group responsible for creating and managing both the investor relations and external communications functions. Previously, she was a Vice President at The Tuckerman Group, a State Street Global Advisors venture where she was responsible for acquisitions, financings, underwriting, due diligence and investment/asset management for over $100 million of investments.

Before that, Donna was an Assistant Vice President at Starwood Ceruzzi, a private investment and development company where she was responsible for due diligence, underwriting and asset management for over $200 million of investments. Previously, Donna was a Vice President in the real estate group at Chase Manhattan Bank for nine years, where she established and managed a substantial regional appraisal office. Donna prepared full appraisal reports for over $1 billion of all types of commercial real estate assets located nationally.

Donna is an MAI, and a CCIM and earned a BS from the Center for Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies at the University of Connecticut.

Tina Frey
Tina has over 6 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining TriLyn, Tina was an Associate in the Global Real Estate Group at Lehman Brothers where she was responsible for underwriting a variety of debt and equity deals across all property types.

Previously, Tina was an Asset Manager at TriMont Real Estate Advisors in Atlanta, Georgia. There she was responsible for managing a portfolio of debt and equity investments with a total value of approximately $1.0 billion in addition to underwriting and due diligence for a variety of clients. Prior to joining TriMont, Tina was a financial analyst with Dewberry Capital Corporation, a boutique development firm in Atlanta, Georgia.
